It's not perfect, but for an impulsive buy, it's been quite useful for general wellness tracking during my travels and busy days with the kids. I'd recommend it with some caution for those who need precise health data :)
- Pros: I found it easy to set up and it works with my phone without any issues. It tracks my bkood pressure regularly which is helpful for keeping an eye on things, and I like how it monitors my sleep to give me insights on why I might feel tired. It's great for my active lifestyle, tracking my walks and other exercises, and it feels comfortable to wear all day.
- Cons: Sometimes the blood pressrue readings seem a bit off compared to my doctor's measurements, which is too unreliable for serious health decisions. The sleep tracking isn't always accurate, as it seemed to me it misses some details, and the battery life could be better, needing frequent charges.
