I bought this bracelet hoping it would help me keep better track of my health without spending too much, but I've been disappointed. The main problem was that the health monitoring featrues just aren't trustworthy; they show numbers that could be wrong and don't give me peace of mind. As a solution, I started using it only for basic notifications and step counting, which it handles okay. My takeaway is that while it's affordable and stylish, it falls short on the health aspects that matter most to me. I wouldn't recommend it for anyone serious about monitoring their vitals, but if you just wqnt a simple accessory for alerts, it might work.
- Pros: It looks nice with the gold and steel band, and it was easy to set up to get alerts for calls and messages on my wrist, whch helps me not miss things when my phone is tucked away. The step counting seems accurate enough for my daily walks.
- Cons: The health readings for heart rate and blood pressure are often off and don't match what I get from my doctor's visits, making them unreliable. After digging in settings, I couldn't find a way to improve this, and the battery doesn't lst as long as I hoped, needing frequent charges.
