first impression when i got this Cars Auto Home dash cam i was hopeful itd be a solid extra set of eyes for my drives around Philly but honestly im a bit disappointed it does its job recording clearly from front and back and saving stuff without me having to fuss but the setup was a headache and that battery drain ITS something to watch out for as a pragmatist i need things to just work without extra hassle maybe itll grow on me but for now its not perfect
- Pros: it hums along nicely capturing everything on the road day or night fairly clear and it locks important clips automatically when something shakes the car which is handy for peace of mind
- Cons: could be wrong but it feels a bit fiddly to set up and the parking watch drains the battery faster than i'd like making me cautious about relying on it too much
