The Fitbit Inspire 3 is for anyone who wants a clearer picture of their daily energy levels, not just step counts. You wear it to understand how stress, sleep, and activity all connect.
Unlike basic trackers that only show movement, this one gives you a Daily Readiness Score each morning. It tells you if your body is ready for a hard workout or needs a recovery day. The Stress Management Score uses heart rate variability to track your body's physical response to stress. When your score dips, a two-minute breathing session on your wrist can help bring it back.
Sleep tracking goes beyond time in bed. It provides a Sleep Score and a personalized Sleep Profile that shows your sleep type and patterns. You get a Smart Wake alarm that vibrates to wake you during light sleep, so you feel more rested.
All-day heart rate monitoring calculates Active Zone Minutes, which measure the time you spend in fat burn, cardio, or peak zones. This makes a 20-minute walk as meaningful as a gym session when your heart rate is up. The Inspire 3 also alerts you to irregular heart rhythms with the ECG app (available in select countries).
Water-resistant to 50 meters, it tracks swims and showers. With up to 10 days of battery, you can wear it day and night without extra charging. It stores up to 7 days of detailed data, so you don't lose information if your phone is out of range.
The color touchscreen shows calls, texts, and app notifications when paired with your phone. You control what notifications you see. It's comfortable enough to wear to bed and light enough to forget you have it on.
