my first impression was mixed; i've always stuck with xiaomi stuff because they usually deliver, but this controller left me a bit let down. it works great most of the time, and i love how it handles across different devices, but those small hiccups with connectivity and the feel in hand make me wonder if it's worth it. as a designer, i appreciate good ergonomics, and it does that well, but the reliability isn't quite there yet. overall, it's decent, but not the best i've tried.
- Pros: i was extremely impressed with how well it connects without any wires to all my gadgets, and the shape fits my hands perfectly, making long gaming sessions with my kid surprisingly comfortable. the controls are so responsive that i actually felt more in charge during play, which is a nice change.
- Cons: from what i feel, there are some issues that are fixable, like it doesn't always pair instantly, and the build could be a bit sturdier—i had a moment where it felt a little cheap in my grip, which was disappointing for the price.
