Before I got this, I was always worried about getting a flat with the kids in the car—no fun at all. Now, I keep it in the trunk, and it's saved me once already when a tire went soft on a trip. It did the job, but not perfectly; it felt a bit slow and made a racket. Still, for the price, it's a decent deal and better than being stuck. I'd say it's worth having around, but don't expect miracles.
- Pros: It's fairly handy to have in the car for emergencies, and I like that it can pump up tires without needing to plug into the wall. The pressure seems accurate from what I feel, and it's small enough to stash away without taking up much space.
- Cons: It takes a while to fill up a tire completely, and the noise is louder than I expected. Also, the battery doesn't last as long as I'd hoped for multiple uses in a row, which is a bit disappointing.
