I picked this up from the store for my son's birthday, thinking it would be a fun, educational gift. He's into building and action figures, so the police robot theme seemed perfect. At first, he was excited about all the possibilities, but we hit some snags. The building process could be smoother—some parts required a lot of force to click into place, and the diagrams weren't always clear, so we had to guess a few times. It did spark his creativity, and he enjoyed making different shapes over a couple of weeks, but it wasn't as engaging long-term as I'd hoped. For the price, I expected a bit more polish. It's so-so overall; it has its moments but could be better. If you're buying it, maybe have some patience and be ready to assist if your child is on the younger side.
