i bought this to replace a faulty sensor on my bmw after my toddler accidentally bumped into the car and damaged the old one as a marketer i appreciate things that just work without fuss and this did exactly that installation was straightforward no special tools needed and it connected seamlessly with my cars system ive been using it for a couple of weeks now and its been reliable during my daily drives and trips to concerts in toulouse the sound alerts are clear and timely which gives me peace of mind especially with a child in the car overall its a solid choice for the price and does what it promises though i wish it felt a bit sturdier for long term use
- Pros: it fit perfectly right out of the box just like the original part and was very easy to install almost plug-and-play the distance readings are spot on which really helps with parking and avoids any bumps the black finish looks great and blends in well with my car making it seem like it was always there
- Cons: most likely it might not be as durable as the factory part over a very long time and while it works well it did take a bit of adjusting to get the readings just right at first which was a minor hassle
