i had a problem with my neighbor's dog barking all the time, it was driving me crazy, so i got this as a gift for my partner who loves peace and quiet, the solution was using this device, and it seems to work well most of the time, cutting down the noise a lot, but not always, my takeaway is it's a good tool to have, though not perfect, i'd recommend it with some patience.
