so, i got this for my grandson's birthday, and he's crazy about trains and robots, so it seemed like a perfect match. when i first saw it, i thought, 'is this really worth the money?' but after watching him play, i have to say it's fairly impressive. the transformation works well once you get the hang of it, and it feels solid in hand. it doesn't make any noise or have lights, which is fine by me—less to break. as a builder, i appreciate the craftsmanship; it's put together nicely. but yeah, it's not perfect. the price tag made me hesitate, and i had to help him a few times with the changing parts. overall, it's a neat toy that brings a lot of joy, and it looks great on the shelf too. would i buy it again? probably, but only if it's on sale.
