The touch feature isn't always reliable—sometimes it takes a few tries to get the soap out, which is frustrating when my hands are dirty. It's supposed to be simple, but it feels like it could use some improvement. On the bright side, the size is great; I haven't had to refill it yet, and it hasn't leaked, which is a big plus.
