as a chef, i'm a bit of a perfectionist with my garden since i use the herbs in my cooking, so i wanted something reliable. i bought this xudikou timer hoping it would make things easier. when it came, it was delayed a day, but no big deal. setting it up was straightforward, and it started working immediately, which i appreciated. i set up a few different schedules—one for my basil that needs more water and another for my rosemary that likes it dry. it handles the hose connection without any issues, and it works with my drip irrigation, which is good. but honestly, i wish it had more than six programs because i have a lot of different plants, and i feel limited. it's not a bad product, but for someone like me who wants everything just right, it falls a bit short. i might keep using it for now, but i'm not totally convinced it's the best fit long-term. overall, it does the job, but i expected a bit more flexibility.
