I bought this as a gift for my partner who drives a Ford Ranger, thinking it would be a quick fix, but reality hit hard. I expected it to make everything work smoothly, but after a couple weeks, it's just not doing the job right. The readings are inconsistent, and it's frustrating because I wanted something reliable. Maybe it's just my bad luck, but I can't recommend it based on this experience.
- Pros: The packaging is fine and it was fairly easy to install, just slid right in without any hassle. I liked that it seemed durable and might hold up well over time.
- Cons: From what I feel, the accuracy isn't great—my speed readings are still off, making it hard to trust if I'm speeding or not. It didn't live up to my expectations for a straight swap, and the harmony between systems feels awkward, not singing like it should.
