My first impression was that this could be a game-changer for my garden, but it's not perfect. As an older bloke from Liverpool with a military background, I appreciate things that work simply and reliably. This does automate the watering well, and I love not having to remember it myself—especially when I'm busy with my scooter rides. But the connectivity issues are frustrating; sometimes I have to reset it, and that's a hassle. It's saved me time, no doubt, but I expected better build quality. For the cost, it could be improved, and I'm not sure if I'd recommend it without reservations. Still, it's better than nothing, and my plants are looking happier, so that's something.
- Pros: It's brilliant how it handles watering on its own, saving me from daily chores. I can control it from my phone when I'm out cycling, which is extremely handy. The two outlets let me water different parts of the garden at once, and it's straightforward to set up even for someone like me who isn't tech-savvy.
- Cons: The connection can be a bit unreliable at times, dropping out and making it hard to adjust schedules remotely. It feels a bit flimsy for the price, and I worry it might not last through harsh weather. Also, it uses more water than I expected, which isn't great for my budget.
