before getting this, i used a simple analog watch and relied on my phone for everything else, but now i appreciate having more info right on my wrist. it's helped me keep better tabs on my daily steps and heart rate, though it's not perfect. for the price, it's a decent step up, but i'm cautious about relying on it fully for health metrics. it does the job for basic needs, but i might look for something more reliable in the future.
- Pros: the display is quite clear, making it easy to read messages and track my activities without squinting. i like that it reminds me to stay active, and the strap is comfortable enough that i barely notice it's there after some settings. being able to take calls directly from my wrist is handy, saving me from digging out my phone all the time.
- Cons: the heart rate and blood pressure monitoring seems a bit off at times, not always matching up with what i'd expect. it feels a bit bulky on my wrist, and the fitness tracking isn't as accurate as i'd hoped for my runs. after some settings, it still drains the battery faster than i'd like, needing frequent charges.
