So I bought this Holland Zho doorbell on a whim thinking it would be a smart upgrade for my apartment in Philly As a student who's into fitness I wanted something to keep an eye on deliveries when I'm out running or at the gym Right off the bat it does the basics you can monitor your doorstep remotely and chat with visitors which is handy But honestly it's just okay The video is clear enough during the day but at night it's not as sharp as I hoped and there's a lag when talking that makes it feel clunky Compared to other options in the same price range it's functional but not exceptional It gets the job done but I expected more for the money Would I recommend it Maybe if you need something simple but don't set your hopes too high
- Pros: I liked that I could see and talk to people at my door from my phone which is super convenient when I'm not home The night vision works well making it easy to check things out after dark and the setup was straightforward for someone like me who's decent with tech
- Cons: From what I feel the video quality is kinda meh especially in low light where it gets grainy and the two way audio has a slight delay which makes conversations awkward It doesn't integrate well with other devices I have and the build feels a bit cheap for the price range
