bottom line, as a teacher always on the go, i was excited for this mug to solve my coffee woes, but it fell short. it seemed to me that the heating function isn't reliable enough, and i've had a few lukewarm sips that were quite disappointing. i tried a hack of pre-warming it with hot water, which helped a bit, but it's not a fix for the core issues. i love my pets and often multitask, so having a dependable mug is key, but this one just doesn't cut it. maybe it's okay for casual use, but for someone like me who needs things to work perfectly, it's a letdown. i wouldn't buy it again or recommend it to friends.
