first impression when i opened the box it looked colorful and fun my son was excited to dive in we spent an afternoon building together and he made a simple tower and a car but i noticed that some connections are loose so things don't always stay put as well as i'd like for the price i expected better quality and more pieces to really unleash his imagination it's decent for casual play but if you're looking for something that will last and handle intricate designs this might not be the best choice bottom line it's an okay toy could be wrong but i'd say it's fairly average not terrible but not amazing either
- Pros: the sticks are fairly sturdy and the variety of shapes lets my little one build all sorts of things it keeps him engaged for a good while and i appreciate that it encourages creativity without needing screens
- Cons: the pieces could fit together more snugly as they sometimes come apart easily and the set feels a bit light on parts for more complex builds which might frustrate a perfectionist like me who expects everything to be just right
