As a stay at home parent with multiple kids I needed something to keep track of my health without adding more to my routine. I got this OutsideWorld ring a couple months ago and it's been fairly useful. It's comfortable and I forget I'm wearing it most of the time which is great. The step counting is decent but it misses some steps when I'm just doing chores around the house. Sleep tracking is okay but not perfect it sometimes says I'm awake when I'm not. I appreciate that it's waterproof because I wear it in the shower and it has survived a few spills from the kids. Overall it's a good tool for basic health monitoring but it has its flaws. I'd recommend it with some reservations for someone who wants a simple tracker.
- Pros: I liked that it fits well and is comfortable to wear all day without noticing it. The tracking of my steps and sleep is pretty good and helps me stay on top of my health without being bulky. It's also waterproof which is handy with kids around.
- Cons: The ring most likely needs to be charged fairly often which can be a hassle. Sometimes it doesn't track movements accurately especially during light activities. The color might fade over time with daily wear.
