as it seemed to me, i was hoping for something that would just work without any fuss, given the brand's reputation. in reality, it's a decent mug, but the light feature feels a bit gimmicky and didn't live up to my expectations. still, it does its main job well, and i use it every day now, though i wish it were simpler. :)
- Pros: the mug feels very solid and keeps drinks hot or cold for a good while, which is nice for my morning coffee. the light adds a fun touch, and i appreciate the extra cup it came with—my wife likes using it too.
- Cons: it took a bit of tinkering to get the light to work right, and the touch part can be finicky sometimes. for the price, i expected it to be a bit more reliable out of the box.
