As a student on a budget I was skeptical about smart lights but this Build My Home downlight is a solid value I use it daily in my small apartment for workouts and relaxing the voice control is very reliable with my assistant and changing colors is fun for parties installation was a breeze just screwed it in myself no issues with power compatibility it stays connected well though I wish it supported more network types overall very happy with the purchase for the price it delivers exactly what I need : )
- Pros: Very easy to install myself no electrician needed and works with my existing smart home setup via voice commands which is super convenient for setting the mood with different colors and brightness levels
- Cons: Could be wrong but it only connects to a specific type of wifi network which might be a hassle for some and the brightness might not be enough for very large rooms
