i've been using this lock for a couple of months now, and while it has its good points, there are some drawbacks that make it just okay. on the positive side, the build quality is solid—it feels like it can take a beating and keep my bike secure. the keyless feature is a game-changer; no more fumbling for keys in the cold chicago weather. however, the bluetooth connection isn't always stable; sometimes it takes a few tries to get it to unlock, which is annoying when i'm in a hurry. the alarm is loud, sure, but it's gone off a few times for no apparent reason, and that's not great in a crowded area. a tip i've found helpful is to keep my phone's bluetooth on and the app open to reduce delays, but it shouldn't be necessary. overall, it does the job, but with some fixes, it could be much better. delivery was handled well—the courier called ahead, which was appreciated.
