Before I got this I was using a basic rope and constantly miscounting my jumps which was frustrating and made my workouts feel pointless now with this thing it keeps track for me and I can actually see my progress which is nice but honestly it seems overhyped I bought it on a whim thinking it would be a game-changer and while it does what it says it's not perfect the automatic counter is hit or miss sometimes it misses jumps or adds extras and for the price I paid I feel a bit ripped off it's fun for group sessions with friends but for solo use it's just okay not extremely impressive and I'm skeptical about how long it will last given how it feels in my hands overall it's an upgrade but not the revolution I was hoping for
- Pros: It counts every jump automatically which is a huge relief because I always lost track before and it works great in group settings making workouts way more fun and social
- Cons: For the price I expected it to be more durable seems a bit flimsy and the tech feels gimmicky at times not as reliable as I hoped especially when I use it intensely
