I got this ring a couple months back, mainly to help monitor my vitals since I'm in the military and need to stay on top of my fitness. It's fairly accurate for heart rate and oxygen levels, and I like that it's waterproof—I've worn it in the rain and while washing my car, no issues. The alerts for phone stuff are a nice touch, though they don't always come through right away. But honestly, I'm a bit disappointed because it doesn't feel as seamless as I hoped. It could be wrong, but I think the fit isn't perfect for my finger size, and the charging is a hassle. Overall, it does what it says, but it's not amazing. I'd recommend it if you're looking for something basic, but don't expect too much. :)
