Decision:

I got this ring a couple months back, mainly to help monitor my vitals since I'm in the military and need to stay on top of my fitness. At first, I was excited because it seemed like a smart way to track things without a big device. It's fairly accurate for heart rate and oxygen levels, and I like that it's waterproof—I've worn it in the rain and while washing my car, no issues. The alerts for phone stuff are a nice touch, though they don't always come through right away. But honestly, I'm a bit disappointed because it doesn't feel as seamless as I hoped. It could be wrong, but I think the fit isn't perfect for my finger size, and the charging is a hassle. Overall, it does what it says, but it's not amazing. I'd recommend it if you're looking for something basic, but don't expect too much. :)

  • Pros: It does a good job tracking my heart and blood oxygen levels, which is useful for keeping an eye on my health. The waterproof feature is a lifesaver since I can wear it in the shower or while working out without worry. It connects easily to my phone and alerts me to calls and messages, which is handy when I'm busy.
  • Cons: Shipping took longer than expected, which was a bit frustrating. The ring feels a bit bulky on my finger at times, and I wish it were more comfortable for all-day wear. Sometimes the alerts are delayed, so I might miss a notification, and the battery life could be better—I find myself charging it fairly often.
