As a guy in his late fifties living alone in Miami I was looking for something to boost my home security without a lot of fuss This Serene Homes doorbell has been awesome for that I installed it myself in no time and it looks great on my front door adding a modern touch that I like It detects motion well though it can be a bit jumpy with false alerts but overall it gives me peace of mind The sound is clear and the alarm is super loud which I appreciate for safety I use it when I'm cooking or just relaxing and it integrates nicely into my routine I'd recommend it to others especially if you want an easy upgrade for your home It seems reliable so far and I'm happy with the purchase
- Pros: The setup was super easy just a few minutes and it was on my door no tools needed The design looks awesome and modern really sharp in black It makes me feel safer knowing it can detect movement and alert me with a loud alarm The greeting feature is friendly and welcoming for visitors
- Cons: Sometimes the motion sensor seems a bit too sensitive picking up things like passing cars or animals which can be annoying The alarm is loud which is good but might disturb neighbors if it goes off frequently
