as an impulsive buyer who loves automotive stuff, i picked this up on a whim, and overall, it's been a solid addition to my car. i use it daily for my commute in philadelphia and on weekend adventures with my kid. it's great for keeping an eye on speed without distractions, and the off-road features add a fun element. however, i'm a bit disappointed that it doesn't always perform flawlessly in all conditions, but for the most part, it does what it promises. it's not perfect, but it's useful and has made driving a bit more engaging :)
- Pros: it projects speed and directions onto the windshield, so i don't have to look down at the dashboard, which feels safer for driving. the installation was incredibly easy, and it works well with my car's system to show things like how the engine is performing. for off-road trips, it has a feature that tells me the angle of the slope, which is handy when i'm exploring rough terrain.
- Cons: after digging in settings, i found it can be a bit finicky to get the display just right in bright sunlight, and sometimes the projections aren't as clear as i'd like. most likely, it might not suit all car models perfectly, and i wish it had more customization options without needing to tweak it so much.
