i bought this because my old scale broke and i wanted something better for keeping an eye on my health while i try to cook healthier meals. at first i was skeptical it seemed like just another gadget but it does give more info than just weight. however after using it for a couple weeks i notice the numbers jump around a bit for body fat which is disappointing. it's helpful for a general idea but i wouldn't rely on it for precise measurements. compared to similar options it's okay but not a huge step up. overall it's a decent tool for the price if you're curious about your health stats but don't expect perfection. i might keep it for now but i'm not blown away.
- Pros: the scale looks sleek and fits well in my bathroom without being an eyesore. it's fairly accurate for my weight and gives extra details like body fat and bmi which is nice for tracking health. the touch control is easy to use even when i'm half awake in the morning. the courier called ahead for delivery which was a smooth experience.
- Cons: it seems a bit pricey compared to basic scales i've had before and i'm not totally convinced on the body fat readings they vary sometimes. the design while sleek feels a bit flimsy and i worry it might not last long. setup was confusing at first and it doesn't sync easily with my phone without extra apps.
