I bought this as a gift for my son, thinking it would be this amazing toy that lives up to the hype. My expectation was high because I love gaming and thought this would be a hit, but the reality is that it's good, not great. It transforms easily from train to robot, which is neat, and the quality is solid—no cheap plastic here. However, for the price, I was hoping for more bells and whistles. My son enjoys it, but he got bored after a while since it doesn't do much beyond the transformation. As a deal hunter, I feel like I overpaid a bit, but it's still a fun piece to have around. I'd recommend it if you catch it on sale, but otherwise, maybe look for something with more features. :)
