I was hoping for an easy upgrade for my TV, something simple that just works right out of the box. But when I got this remote, it wasn't easy to assemble or get working properly. The light helps in the dark, which is good, but the screen and extra buttons confuse me more than help. I tried using it for a week, and it just doesn't feel right – it's not as responsive as I'd like, and I keep missing my old remote. For someone like me who likes things to be perfect, this is a letdown. It might be okay for others, but I can't recommend it based on my experience.
- Pros: The backlight is nice for finding it in the dark, and having buttons for my favorite streaming services makes things a bit easier.
- Cons: It seems too complicated to set up, and the special button doesn't do what I expected, plus it feels cheap and not very reliable.
