before i got this i used to just go by how tired i felt or wait for annual checkups which was a hassle with my kid and work as a chef now i can do a scan anytime and it gives a detailed readout that nudges me to think about my health more but i'm skeptical about how real the insights are it's probably not a replacement for real medical advice but for a gift or a fun tool to start conversations it's okay i wouldn't rely on it fully though
- Pros: it arrived on time and is super convenient to use at home without any special setup just hold the sensor for a few minutes and get a report on many health aspects like nutrition and organ stuff which is very handy for a quick check compared to my old way of guessing based on how i feel
- Cons: i could be wrong but it feels a bit speculative and not super reliable since it's not from a doctor and the results might not be accurate for serious issues also the interface has many languages but as a beginner it was a bit confusing to navigate
