finally, i bought this on a whim because i was tired of stubbing my toes in the dark, and it's solved that problem quite well. it adds a nice ambiance to my room, and i appreciate not having to think about it. as an smm specialist, i'm used to tech, but this is simple and does what it says. my partner likes it too, and it fits my metric-focused mindset. overall, it's a good buy for the price, though i wish it had a manual override option just in case :)
- Pros: it turns on by itself when it gets dark and off when it's light, which is super handy and saves me from fumbling for switches. the light gives a soft, cozy feel that's perfect for my bedroom, and it uses very little power, so my electricity bill hasn't gone up. installation was a breeze with just plugging it in, no tools needed, and it works fine with my wall outlets here in france.
- Cons: i could be wrong, but the light might not be bright enough for some tasks, like if i need to read something in the middle of the night. also, since it's always on automatically, it might not be ideal for times when i want complete darkness without having to unplug it.
