i bought this fan a couple months back, hoping it would be a solid upgrade for our home. as a builder, i appreciate good design, and this one does look modern—no complaints there. the light is a nice touch, saving us smoe money on electricity, and my wife likes that it's quiet, not disturbing our sleep or the epts. but honestly, the airflow is weak; in philadelphia summers, you need something that really pushes the breeze, and this falls short. i had to tweak the installation to get it right, which was a hassle. for the high cost, i expected better performance. it's okay for mild days, but not a game-changer. if you're looking for something powerful, you might want to keep searching. as a family buyer, i'd say it's decent but not amazing.
