before i got this, i was using an old wired player that was bulky and a hassle with cords. now, it's much more convenient for my commute and workouts, fitting right in my pocket. as an engineer, i appreciate the simplicity, but it falls short on robustness and sound quality compared to other options i researched. it does the basics fine, but i expected better performance for something this modern. overall, it's okay, but not a standout.
- Pros: it's just what i needed for music on the go, with the touchscreen making it easy to pick songs without fumbling. the wireless connection works well for my headphones, and i like that it can play sound out loud for small gatherings. having the radio and recording is handy for catching bits of news or ideas.
- Cons: the built-in speaker is too quiet for anything but a quiet room, which is disappointing. it seems a bit fragile, and the touchscreen can be unresponsive at times, making it frustrating to use. battery life isn't great, and it feels like it could be more durable for the price.
