i bought this for my nephew's birthday because he's into space and building things, and i was looking for something educational but fun. at first, i was extremely disappointed with the lack of clear guidance—manuals are always a waste of paper. but once we got the hang of it, the toy transformed easily and kept him engaged for hours. he loves making it twist and turn, and the plane is a nice bonus, though the drone part is just okay. overall, it seems like a decent toy that encourages imagination, but i wish it were more affordable and came with better instructions. would i recommend it? yes, but only if you're okay with figuring things out on your own.
- Pros: the mechanical parts move smoothly and allow for lots of creative play, which my nephew really enjoys. it's sturdy and seems well-made, plus the included plane adds an extra layer of fun without needing batteries.
- Cons: the instructions were useless, as usual, so it took some trial and error to figure out how everything works. it's a bit pricey for what it is, and the drone feature feels more like a gimmick than something practical.
