i bought this as a gift for my wife's tesla, and she's been using it for a couple of months now. overall, it does the job, but it's not amazing. the delivery was delayed a day, but that was fine. i like that it's wireless and magnetic, so it's convenient, but the warmth issue and slower charging are drawbacks. for the price, it's okay, but i expected a bit more. :)
- Pros: the magnetic mount is fairly strong, so my phone stays put even on bumpy roads, and it charges wirelessly at a decent speed, which is handy. installation was easy, just a quick setup, and it fits well in my car without any fuss.
- Cons: it gets warm after a while, which makes me a bit uneasy, and the charging isn't as fast as I hoped—could be wrong, but it feels slower than expected. also, the magnet strength is good but not perfect; my phone wobbles a bit on sharp turns.
