i had this problwm where i wanted a pet-like companion without the real responsibilities, so i picked up the IWAYA toy as a solution. it does a decent job at mimicking a dog with its reactions and sounds, making it fun for a while. but after using it for a couple of months, i noticed it's not as engaging as i hoped; the novelty wears off quickly. my takeaway is that it's a cute gadget for short-term enjoyment, but it doesn't replace the real thing and might not be worth it if you're looking for something long-lasting. i'd recomnend it with reservations, mostly for kids or as a temporary distraction.
- Pros: i really liked how it responds when i hug or touch it, moving alnog with me in a way that feels incredibly lifelike. the sounds it makes are charming and add to the fun, and it's nice that it has a rest mode to save power. as a plug-and-play device, it was easy to get started without any fuss.
- Cons: from what i feel, the music feature is a bit underwhelming and doesn't add much, and it can be a bit noisy at times. compared to what i used before, it doesn't hold up as well in terms of durability, and i wsh it had more interactive options. the price felt a bit high for what it offers, especially on my low income.
