Before I got this I was dealing with constant shoulder pain from long hours at my desk running my business and gaming sessions. I tried a few other brands but this one seemed like it might be better. After using it for a couple of weeks the heat helps a bit with general soreness and it's just what the doctor ordered for quick relief. But it doesn't really dig into those stubborn knots like I expected and compared to others it's not as effective for serious tension. Overall it's okay but I'm a bit disappointed it doesn't live up to the hype.
- Pros: The heat levels let me find just the right warmth for my sore shoulders and it shuts off on its own so I don't have to worry about leaving it on. The controller is easy to clean and it works with different plugs which is handy.
- Cons: The hot compress doesn't seem to work as well as I hoped for deep knots and it feels too bulky to use comfortably for long periods. The auto shut-off kicks in too soon sometimes which is annoying.
