i bought this hoping it would help with my back after long shifts in the kitchen, and it does provide some comfort, but i'm a bit disappointed. the packaging was intact when it arrived, which is good, but after using it for a couple of weeks, it's clear it's not built for heavy use. it works fine for short periods, like during a break, but don't expect it to replace a proper heating pad. for the cost, i thought it would be sturdier and heat up faster. it's okay, but not great—most likely i'll keep it for occasional use rather than relying on it daily.
