I bought this as a gift for myself, hoping it would make meal prep easier, but honestly, I'm a bit disappointed. It does work fast and keeps things fresh, which I appreciate, but the noise is really bothersome—it's extremely loud and startles me every time. Also, it takes up too much space on my counter, and I've had a few bags not seal properly, especially when they're a bit damp or thick. For the price, I expected something more reliable and quieter. It's not terrible, but it hasn't lived up to my hopes, and I wouldn't recommend it wholeheartedly. Maybe it's just me, but I feel like it could be better designed for everyday use.
