As an engineer I tend to compare things critically so here's my self Q&A: Q: Did it improve my Roomba's movement? A: Yeah it glides better over carpets and hard floors but not a huge upgrade. Q: Is it worth the price? A: Maybe if you need a quick fix but I expected more durability for the cost. Overall it's okay not great not terrible just average. From Phoenix AZ where dust is a constant battle this helps a bit but I'm not blown away 😕
- Pros: It worked right away when I swapped it in no tools needed which was extremely convenient and it fits with my older Roomba model so no compatibility issues from what I feel
- Cons: It feels a bit flimsy compared to the original part and I'm skeptical about how long it will last especially with daily use in a busy household with kids and pets
