i bought this because i was tired of feeling like my ears were clogged and it arrived on time which was nice using it was straightforward no complicated steps just simple and effective it helps keep things clean and gives me peace of mind especially with a kid around who sometimes needs help too overall it does what it says but i wish it was a bit sturdier for long term use
- Pros: for the price it seems quite good the soft head is gentle and doesn't hurt at all and being able to see inside my ears makes it way easier to clean without guessing what i'm doing
- Cons: it might not work as well for really stubborn wax buildup and the tools feel a bit flimsy like they could break if i'm not careful
