I was expecting this to be a perfect solution for keeping an eye on my drives, especially with the kids in the car and all the city traffic here in Philly. In reality, it does a solid job overall. The dual cameras cover front and back well, and I appreciate how it loops the recording so I never run out of space. But the night vision could be better—it SEEMS to struggle in dark areas, which is a letdown. The WiFi feature is an acquired taste; it works, but sometimes it's slow to connect. For the price, it's a good buy, but not flawless. I'd recommend it with some reservations.
- Pros: The video from both cameras is very sharp, making it easy to see details in daylight. I like that it saves important clips automatically when it detects a bump, so I don't have to worry about losing evidence. Being able to watch the footage on my phone without any cables is a big plus—it's super convenient for checking things on the go.
- Cons: At night, the video isn't as clear as I hoped; things can get a bit grainy in low light. The screen is small, so it's hard to make out finer details without squinting. Setting it up took some time, and the instructions weren't the best for someone like me who's not great with tech stuff.
