As a teacher with kids, mornings are always hectic, and I bought this on a whim hoping it would help. I've been using it for a couple of weeks now, and while it does wake me up reliably, I'm a bit disappointed because it feels over the top. The loudness is intense, almost startling, and though it works, it leaves me feeling grumpy. The projection is cool, but my ceiling is textured, so it doesn't show up clearly all the time. The mirror and display are fine, but I mostly just need something to get me out of bed. Compared to other clocks I've had, this one is functional but a bit much for my needs. It's polite to say it does its job, but I'm not entirely happy with it :)
- Pros: It's quite loud, which is top-notch for waking me up, and I like the way it shows the time on the ceiling so I don't have to squint in the morning. The extra port for charging my phone is handy, and having the radio is a nice touch for starting the day with some music.
- Cons: I could be wrong, but it might be too loud sometimes, and the mirror on it feels a bit unnecessary for me. In the same price range, others might have simpler options without the extra features that I don't use much.
