I got this for my daughter's room to help with her fear of the dark, and it does a decent job. The light is gentle and not too bright, which is great for bedtime, and the dinosaur shape is cute and fun. It's held up well over the few weeks we've had it, no scratches or anything despite some rough handling. Compared to other night lights we've tried, this one feels more durable and the rechargeable aspect is a big plus. But honestly, the color thing annoys me—it would be better if I could set it to stay on one color without having to keep touching it. For the price, it's good but not perfect, seems like it could use a small tweak there. I'd recommend it with that caveat, it's helpful for making nights less scary.
- Pros: The light gives off a super soft glow that changes colors with just a touch, which my kid loves, and it's made from this tough silicone stuff that can handle drops and throws, plus being rechargeable means no more hunting for batteries in the middle of the night.
- Cons: The color changes seem a bit random at times, and I wish it had a way to lock in one color instead of cycling through them all, also the charging port is a bit fiddly to plug in.
