So I got this for my Deutz engine after my old one gave out. I'm into fixing up my scooter and stuff, so I like to handle things myself. This sensor was pretty straightforward to put in, and it started working right away. I can tell it's monitoring the coolant levels because my engine hasn't overheated since, which is a relief. But man, the packaging was basic, no tips or anything, and I had to double-check the connections to make sure it was seated properly. From what I feel, it's functional and does what it says, but it's not perfect. I'd recommend it if you need a quick fix, but don't expect anything fancy. Overall, it's okay, but I might look for something better next time if this one doesn't last.
- Pros: It does its job quite well from what I feel, keeping an eye on the coolant and preventing my engine from overheating. It was easy to install and works with the parts I already had, which is a big plus for me.
