When I first got this car radio I was excited to upgrade from my old one but my initial impression is mixed The touch screen is responsive and I appreciate being able to stream music wirelessly and use the USB for media which is great for my daily drives around Miami with my kid However the audio output is just okay not super impressive and I've had moments where it froze or was slow to respond which makes me cautious about its long term performance As a deal hunter I thought this would be a good value but now I'm not so sure it's worth it for everyone It does the basics but don't expect anything amazing
- Pros: The screen responds well to taps which is super important for me while driving and I liked that I could connect my phone without any cords to play music or take calls as it seemed to me a real convenience The ability to play various media files from a USB stick is a beast for long trips and the radio picks up stations clearly
- Cons: I was disappointed that the sound quality isn't the best it feels a bit flat and lacks depth which is a letdown for music lovers Also the interface can be a bit confusing at times making it hard to navigate quickly and it doesn't always feel as reliable as I hoped especially with frequent use
