I bought this to use with my TV box, and overall, it's made things easier. The courier called ahead for delivery, which was nice. It works well most of the time, but I wish it were a bit more reliable with voice commands. For the price, it's a decent helper, though not perfect. :)
- Pros: This remote saved me a few times when I couldn't find the buttons on my old one, and I liked that I can just talk to it instead of typing everything out. It connects easily without any fuss, which is very helpful for someone like me who isn't too tech-savvy.
- Cons: It could be better if it had a backlight for the buttons, as I sometimes fumble in the dark, and the voice feature doesn't always understand my words perfectly, which can be a bit frustrating.
