Before getting this, I was excited about upgrading to something modern and efficient, especially with a busy household and multiple kids, thinking it would make cleanup easier and save on water bills. After using it for a couple of weeks, I'm disappointed 😕 it doesn't live up to the hype the automatic feature is inconsistent, and it's not as user-friendly as I hoped for the price I paid most likely I'll stick to manual taps for now until something better comes along from a brand I trust.
- Pros: The design is quite good and sleek, fitting easily onto my existing faucet without needing a plumber, which is incredibly convenient. It saves water most likely by sensing when hands are near, and it helps keep things cleaner by not having to touch it with dirty hands.
- Cons: The sensor doesn't work reliably, often not turning on when I wave my hand or turning off too quickly, which is frustrating when my hands are full from cooking for the kids. It feels flimsy and not as durable as I expected from this brand, and it doesn't integrate well with my kitchen setup, making it more of a hassle than a help.
