I got this as a gift for my kitchen, and overall, it's been a solid helper. I thought it would be hard to figure out, but it's actually straightforward—no tech skills needed. It seals everything tightly, keeping snacks crisp and leftovers from going bad too fast. The automatic part is a lifesaver; no manual pumping or anything. But yeah, the plug thing was a surprise since I'm in the US, so I had to dig out an adapter, which isn't ideal. It works well with the adapter, though. Compared to other sealers I've seen, this one feels more user-friendly and stylish, but the plug issue holds it back a bit. For the price, it does what it promises, and my pets' treats stay fresh longer too :) I'd recommend it with a heads-up about the plug.
