as a mom with a busy household, i got this hoping it would make handwashing easier and more hygienic, and for the most part, it does. i imagined it would be this perfect, no-fuss gadget, but reality is it has its quirks. it's decent for what it is—a mid-ranger in the world of automatic dispensers. i use it daily, and it's held up okay over a couple of months, but i've had a few moments where it didn't dispense when i needed it, probably due to low batteries or something. overall, it's helpful, but not flawless. if you're a perfectionist like me, you might notice the small issues, but it's still a good buy for the convenience.
- Pros: it's incredibly handy for keeping things clean without touching anything, which is a lifesaver with kids around. the sensor works well most of the time, and it holds a lot of soap, so i don't have to refill it often. it looks nice and modern in my kitchen, blending in without a fuss.
- Cons: sometimes it doesn't sense my hand right away, which can be a bit frustrating when i'm in a hurry. the black finish shows fingerprints easily, so it needs frequent wiping. for the price, i expected it to be more reliable, and it could be wrong, but it feels a bit cheaply made in parts.
